Overview

With the high integration of mobile, fixed-line, and international networks, telecom services rely heavily on real-time signaling for control, registration, authentication, calls establishment and billing. Abnormal or surging signaling, or equipment malfunctioning, directly impacts service quality for users and can even threaten public safety and the stability of civilian communications.

TL focuses on cross-domain signaling detection and analysis technologies for mobile, fixed-line, and international networks. Real-time visualization, anomaly detection, and intelligent analysis capabilities are established to supplement existing equipment monitoring and performance management. This assists operators in early risk detection, accurate problem localization, and supports the stable operation of critical services, creating a smart and proactive signaling maintenance and monitoring system.

Anomaly alerts for critical police, fire, and public phone service: real-time monitoring of signaling behavior for critical police, fire, and public phone services, proactive alerting of anomalies to ensure public safety communications.
Signalling storm detection: Provides real-time alerts and trend analysis on signaling traffic changes across Taiwan's mobile, fixed-line, and international networks, especially in the early stages of abnormal surges, reducing the risk of large-scale outages.
Equipment fault and abnormal behavior alarms: cross-domain signaling analysis helps identify abnormal behaviors and potential faults in the core network, access network and related equipment, accelerate fault location and troubleshooting.
AI-integrated detection for abnormal signaling:supplements existing equipment monitoring and performance management, and improves overall maintenance efficiency and service reliability through AI big data models.
NCC local phone universal service verification: supports signaling detection and verification for local phone universal services throughout Taiwan.
