2025年12月本公司與日本NTT以IOWN專案為題，參與2025 全球電信大獎(Glotel Awards) 「數位基礎建設創新」 (Digital Infrastructure Innovation) 獎項，主辦單位於英國時間12/4(四)晚間公布獲獎名單，本公司順利獲獎。
2025年12月本院以自主研發的生成式 AI 客服創新方案「GenAI for Customer Service – AI Agent for Customers, AI Copilot for Agents」榮獲2025年世界通訊大獎WCA頒發「AI Innovation Award 銀獎」，是唯一獲得WCA榮耀的台灣企業。
2025年12月本院受邀於IEEE Globecom 2025發表演說，主題「From Vision to Reality: AI-driven Next-generation Optical Network」
