Operations management
We follow the international trend in technology development to improve business agility, customer experience, and operational efficiency of various Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC) services. We are committed to developing a new generation of operations support systems. Specifically, we are working on four key technologies, including 1) FMC service and resource orchestration, 2) hybrid and open network management, 3) enterprise information and communication cross-domain quality assurance, and 4) data-driven autonomous networks. Accordingly, we are developing and promoting co-management, co-location, and openness of network management services and guiding Chunghwa Telecom's network services towards the vision of fully autonomous networks.
