Operations management
We follow the international technology development trend to improve various FMC services' business agility, customer experience, and operational efficiency. We are committed to developing a new generation of operations support systems. Specifically, we work on four major technologies, including 1) FMC service and resource orchestration, 2) hybrid and open network management, 3) enterprise information and communication cross-domain quality assurance, and 4) data-driven autonomous networks. Accordingly, we develop and promote co-management, co-location, and openness of network management services and lead Chunghwa Telecom's network services towards the vision of fully autonomous networks.
